I'm Ben, i'm in my mid-40s and have navigated diverse career paths, from chef to librarian to community artist. Despite experiencing significant personal loss, I've discovered that art serves as a powerful healing tool, with mosaic art resonating deeply within me. This mindful practice brings me peace and fulfillment.
Specializing in pet portraits, band logos, posters, and album recreations, I have actively engaged with the community, leaving a mark with large-scale mosaics throughout Leeds and West Yorkshire.
I share my life with Louise, whom I met in secondary school, and our beloved pets—three cats named Vyvyan, Rik, and Neil, alongside a sproodle named Peanut.
Outside of my artistic pursuits, I enjoy walks with Peanut, playing guitar and bass, retro games, true crime stories and indulging my passion for cooking, blending creativity with everyday life.

Redbeard Mosaic specializes in bespoke mosaic art and services. Our offerings include:
Custom mosaic designs for residential and commercial projects
Repair and restoration of existing mosaics
Supply of mosaic materials and tools
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices for our products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change.
Payment: We accept payments via debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Customers have the option to pay a 50% deposit. Please email us at bck@redbeardmosaics.co.uk or use the website's contact form to complete this step. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
5. Order Process
To place an order:
Contact us via email or make your selection in the shop.
Confirm your order by providing any necessary details and paying either a 50% deposit via bank transfer, pay in 3 by Paypal or in full using your debit or credit card.
Email over your requirements. Include photographs for pet portraits. Include as much detail as possible.
We will provide an estimated timeline for completion.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery: We strive to complete and deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on availability and external factors.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. For international shipping, costs will be calculated separately, and an invoice will be sent out with the total amount due. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. All items are shipped with insurance to cover damage during transit. In the event of damage, we ask that customers return the item to us for repairs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the return and repair process.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redbeard Mosaic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
